Product Description

Water, mulberry molasses, and date juice are cooked in our cauldrons. Raw buckwheat flour is added to the boiling mixture and cooking continues at a low temperature. The prepared mixture is spread on industrial satin food cloths and dried in ovens for 8 hours.

After the dried fruit leathers rest for one day, they are separated from the cloth, cut into specific sizes, and rolled into a triangular shape with the addition of hazelnut paste prepared using only hazelnuts and dried white mulberries.
With its natural ingredients, it's a healthy snack for between meals.

It contains no gluten or added sugar. Sweetening is provided solely by mulberry molasses, date juice, and dried white mulberries.
