Product Description

This is a slightly tart plum paste prepared with plum juice and sweetened with apple juice concentrate. Sorghum and odorless buckwheat flour are added to the mixture and cooked at a low temperature. The prepared paste is spread on industrial food-grade cloths and dried in ovens.
Our fruit leathers are separated from the cloth after resting and prepared for sale. The addition of pumpkin seeds enhances both flavor and nutritional value. With its natural ingredients, it's a healthy snack for between meals.
