MuskaMix – Sugar-Free and Gluten-Free (Muska & Pistachio Muska)

Product Description

We cook water, mulberry molasses, and date syrup in our cauldrons. We add raw buckwheat flour to the boiled mixture and let it simmer at a low temperature. The prepared mixture is spread onto industrial satin food cloths and dried in our ovens for approximately 8 hours.

After our dried fruit leathers rest for one day, they are removed from the cloth, cut into specific sizes, and then wrapped in a triangular shape with hazelnut paste (prepared only with dried hazelnuts and white mulberries).

Our gluten-free and sugar-free product is sweetened only with mulberry molasses, date juice, and dried white mulberries.
It contains no additives, preservatives, or glucose syrup.
