Product Description

A mixture of water and mulberry molasses is cooked in cauldrons. Raw buckwheat flour and sorghum flour are added to the mixture and prepared at a low temperature. The fruit leather, spread on special food-grade cloths, is dried in ovens and left to rest. Then, it is rolled with hazelnut paste made only from hazelnuts and dried white mulberries, and coated with pistachios.
With its natural ingredients, it's a healthy snack for between meals.
