Product Description

Water, mulberry molasses, and date juice are boiled in cauldrons. Raw buckwheat flour is added to the mixture and cooked at a low temperature. Hazelnuts are added to the mixture, which is then spread on industrial food-grade cloths and dried in ovens.
Our fruit leathers are separated from the cloth after resting and prepared for sale. With its natural ingredients, it is a healthy snack for between meals.
